Connect was established in 2006 as an independent Plumbers Merchant, trading out of a singular unit in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex, serving the trade and public in the local area.

As a result of the extensive training that our staff undergo coupled with our personal approach that we adopt, we have fantastic staff retention. This results in two-fold happening, firstly we have fantastic array of staff that have been with the company for multiple years, bringing consistency as well as knowledge and experience to our customers.
