Welcome to Connect's delivery information page. We pride ourselves on offering prompt and reliable delivery services through our own fleet of vans. Our goal is to ensure your materials reach you swiftly and securely.
Delivery Zones and Lead Times
To provide you with the most efficient service, we have divided our delivery areas into zones, each with specific lead times.
Zone 1 is made up of postcodes which are in a very close proximity to our branches and therefore can offer a next working day delivery if we have the stock available at your local branch. Our next working day delivery is available up to 17:00 after 17:00, is next working day.
For products not in stock, this will vary from 2 - 5 working days depending on supplier.

Delivery Cost
We offer a £4.95 delivery service on all orders under £150. Orders over £150 qualifies Free delivery! However, if you become a CONNECTpro member you will benefit from Free delivery on all orders.

Should none of our branches offer online delivery in your area, please contact us, as we may be able to discuss alternative options with you.
What branches offer click & collect?
All Connect branches offer click & collect, subject to product availability.
When will my order be ready to collect?
Once you place your order, we will quickly get your order ready for you within as little as 15 minutes! Once your order has been prepared, we will send you a text message to confirm collection.
Can I place a collection and delivery in one order?
Yes, you can split your basket at the checkout or on the product pages. We will take payment for the whole order including any delivery fees.
Do I need to bring anything?
You will need to bring your order confirmation email that states your items are ready to be collected as well as a form of ID that matches the name on the order. Driver's licence, passport and debit/credit card are all accepted forms of ID.
