Description

The Wyndam UFH 15mm XPS Cement Coated & Grooved Panel 1200 x 600mm @ 150mm Centres is a cement reinforced XPS insulation panel for retrofit wet underfloor heating, and is the lowest profile over-floor system in the range, at only 15mm in height. It is perfect for renovations where floor height needs to be kept to a minimum, and is designed to be fixed to a structural floor, with grooves at 150mm pipe centres to suit 10mm pipe.

Running at 150mm pipe centres, the system is compatible with both heat pumps and boilers, delivering a heat output of 71 W/m² at a 45 degree flow temperature (based on a tog rating of 1 and a room temperature of 21 degrees). The lightweight XPS panel has a webbed polymer cement-based finish, is easy to cut and has end returns built into the panel for a quicker install. A tile or interlocking wood floor finish can be applied directly on top, while other floor finishes require a minimum of 3mm self levelling compound.

Installation Guidance


  • • Fixing: Fix down with flexible tile adhesive, or screw down using a minimum of 9 screws and 9 washers per board.

  • • Floor Finishes: Tile or interlocking wood can go directly on top. Other finishes need a minimum of 3mm self levelling compound; consult your flooring contractor for the exact thickness required.

  • • Pipe: Designed for 10mm underfloor heating pipe.
